Yearly Physical Kobe Lee

It’s time for Kobe to get a yearly physical, so she set up an appointment with Dr. Scott Torvea. He has her remove her clothes and put on a gown. Then he has her stand on the scale so he can weigh her and get her height. Once he gets the information he marks it down on her chart.

Next he asks questions about how she has been feeling as he puts on the stethoscope to check her heart. He moves the stethoscope around her chest and under her breast. The doctor has her remove her gown so he can get a better result with the stethoscope. Next he puts the B-pressure cuff around her arm and pumps it up. There is a close up of the Sphygmomanometer dial and you can see her heartbeat.

Then he feels around her chest and breasts with his hands. He asks her more questions as he inspects her. Next he goes behind her and uses the stethoscope on her back. Having her take deep breaths as he listens.

Then he checks for her arms for range of motion. And making sure everything’s working correctly and no pain. Then he goes to her back again making more visual inspections. He inspects her throat with a light then checks her lymph nodes with his hands.

Now the doctor has her lay on her back so he can continue the exam. He inspects her chest as well as stomach. For her stomach he uses the light for part of the visual inspection. Then he takes out the stethoscope and listens to her stomach. Moving the stethoscope around her stomach first lightly then pressing harder with the bell.

Next he applies pressure and uses a thumping technique to listen to her stomach. He has her take a deep breath and release as he slides his finger under her ribs. Then he goes to the other side of Kobe.  He places the stethoscope on her stomach as he does a scratching motion with his fingers. Listening to the difference in sound.

Next he pushes and feels her stomach and has her take a deep breath and relax allowing him to get a better feel. He marks his findings down and moves to her legs and feet. He checks her range of motion as well as her resistance. Then he checks her sensitivity by doing a touch test.

He notices some bruising on her foot and asks about it. Then he checks her toes making sure the movement is not affected by her injuries. Next he checks her hands and fingers as well as arms. He marks down his findings then takes out an otoscope to check her ears.  Then he uses a light to check her eyes. Moving the light to see her pupils and how they react to the light. After he has her follow the stick he marks everything down.
