Bliss Dulce was arrested by Scott Torvea an undercover police officer. He puts handcuffs on her wrists. Asks her if she has anything on her. She replies no she has nothing on her. He starts to search her.

As soon as he touches her se starts laughing. She is too ticklish to be searched. He continues to search her and she giggles and laughs. The officer stands behind her and tickles her exposed belly. She tries to object but he tells her that exposed bellies can be tickled. That is the law.

She exposed her belly in public so he is allowed by law to tickle her. He continues to tickle her belly. Then he tickles her all over. She tries to wiggle away laughing and giggling. He tells her to hold still. Bliss tries to hold still but the tickling is too much. She wiggles away again.

He then puts hand over mouth to stop her laughing as he tickles her. She laughs but his hand over her mouth keeps her quiet. The tickle search continues and she is almost in tears. Finally he walks her off to his car so he can take her down town.
