Scott brings Bliss Dulce to his office. She thought they were going to go to a hotel room but she can work with this. He has her lay down on the desk and he asks if it is ok to put handcuffs and shackles on her. She tells him that is fine.

After Scott puts the handcuffs and shackles on her he lifts up her dress exposing her belly. Then he asks if she is ready. She giggles and says ready for what. Right away she starts tickling her! Bliss gasps and screams that this is not what she expected! Scott continues to tickle Bliss all over her body. He tickles her belly. Then he tickles her bare feet.

He wants to find out where she is most ticklish. So the tickling continues all over! Lots of foot tickling as well as tickling her hips. He even tickles behind her knees and her inner thighs!
