Bliss Dulce is in her office talking to her friend. He asks her if she is wearing the panties and sheer shirt he got for her. She smiles and says yes, but she had to cover the shirt up with a black blazer. After all she is giving a speech on sexual harassment in front of the entire company.

Right then she jumps as she feels the panties vibrate! She looks around and asks how he did that. He tells her the vibrating panties are controlled by an app on his phone. He can control them from anywhere!

She tells him when she texts him to stop, he has to stop. And not turn them on until she texts him it is ok. The worst thing that could happen is for them to go off while she is giving a speech in front of everyone. He agrees and turns them on again and asks if she feels it. She moans and grips the desk. He keeps it on for a while and she gets closer and closer.

Then he stops. She tells him again, when she texts him to stop she has to stop. Also that he is going to get it tonight! She laughs as she says it then hangs up.

Her boss Scott Torvea comes in. He confirms that she is ready. Because this is a very important speech. It will not only be in front of everyone here. It will be streaming live for everyone in all his companies to see. He has never let anyone give a speech representing his company before and wants to make sure she is ready.

Bliss assures him that she is ready. She has the speech memorized and knows it forward and backwards. There is nothing to worry about, she will not make him look bad. She insists that he has to trust her and it is important that the speech needs to come from a woman.

As she is telling him why, her panties start vibrating. She jerks and grabs her chair. He asks her if she’s ok. As her eyes roll back in her head she tells him that she feels like she has to sneeze. She tries to cover her actions. Playing it off and acting like her panties are not vibrating right in front of her boss!

Finally the vibration stops. Her boss tells her maybe she is not ready. She comes to her senses and tries to tell him that she is ready for the speech. But then the panties start vibrating again. Bliss is caught off guard and wiggles and moves. Again her boss asks her what is happening. But she can’t tell him that her panties are vibrating. So she tries to cover again.

This time when the vibrating stops. Bliss goes to grab her phone. She is going to text him to stop turning on the vibrating panties. That way everything will be fine. But before she can get to her phone her boss grabs it. He tells her that she will not be needing it during her speech.

After all it will look bad if she is on her phone during the speech. That is not how he wants his company represented. He says he will give it back after the speech. She tries to tell him that she needs the phone but can not tell him why. It’s not like she can say, sorry boss, I just need to text someone to stop vibrating my panties!

So again she tries to make up something. But her boss stands his ground. No phones! She will get it back once she is done with her speech. Again he asks if he needs to do it for her. She tells him she is ready.

He tells her that it is time for the speech and to follow him. He walks out and as she starts to leave, she jerks and grabs her desk. She didn’t know he could turn it up! Now she is standing and holding her desk. She is getting closer and closer but it stops just in time as her boss yells for her to come.
