Sprained Ankle Lucy Alto

Lucy Alto comes home from a great workout with her trainer. She is tired but feels great. She sits down and talks about how she feels from the workout. Then she decides she needs a show because she stinks. Lucy gets up to get a shower and remembers she forgot her shoes.

She turns around two quick and trips. Lucy falls to the floor and winces from the pain. Her ankle is hurting so she tries to stand. The pain is severe so she decides to hop on one foot. With each hop she feels pain running up her leg. When she makes it to the couch she hold her swollen ankle for a moment before she removes her shoe. After some work she gets her shoe off.

She describes the pain as she tries to walk it off. But as soon as she puts her foot down the pain is extreme. After just one hop she plops on the floor and holds her foot. That is when she notices that her sock stinks. She removes her stinky sock and tries to stand.

Standing on one foot with her one shoe on. She ties small steps, hoping that she can walk it off. After a few steps she decides that it is too much pain. So has to go to the doctor’s and get it checked. Lucy hops around the room in her one shoe. Stopping every once in a while to hold her bare foot and swollen ankle.

She really needs a shower but doesn’t have time before the doctor’s office closes. So she hops out of the house.
