Handcuffed to a Post Bliss Dulce

This is part 2 of Public Exposed where Bliss was arrested for exposing her belly in public.

It is time for Bliss to face her punishment. She agreed to be secured to a post and the guard could do whatever he wants to her each day for everyone to see. Bliss wearing only pantyhose and a tank top as well as handcuffs and shackles. She walked to the yard where the post is. (Not much walking is shown)

The guard has her stand at the post and he undoes her handcuffs and re- secures her to the post. He leaves her handcuffed to the post as he goes to take care of some errands. She struggles against the post briefly before he returns. The cameras are rolling and he will begin.

First he un handcuffs her. He moves her hands to above her head and re-handcuffs her to the post. Now she is cuffed AOH (Arms Over Head).The guard tells the camera man to adjust the camera so he can see everything. Once the camera is set he explains what is about to happen. He pulls down her pantyhose to expose her hip bones. As well as lifting her shirt up exposing more of her belly.

He runs his fingers along her belly. Lightly tickling her belly, then her legs. Next he slides his fingers over her exposed underarms. He plays a game with her. Would she prefer this or that. She laughs and as they play they both come out of character a little because of the tickling.

She begs that he does any else. He continues to tickle her for a little bit. Before he starts to lick and bite her belly. (Close ups of the belly) Scott plays with her belly some more. Licking her belly. Sticking his finger in her belly button. And rubbing her belly.

Then he starts tickling her again. He grabs her hips and tickles. Then he tickles her inner thighs. She is laughing so hard it is hard to breathe. He decides that she is not letting him tickle her enough and walks off.

This is just the little bit of footage that did not make it into the main movie but was fun and we wanted to include it. She calls her safe word rather quickly and they both come out of character.
