Yearly Medical Exam Rachel Adams

Rachel Adams is at the doctors office for her yearly medical exam. The doctor comes in and talks to her for a few moments. Then he gives her a gown to wear and leave so she can get changed. After she is changed into her gown the doctor comes back.

She is sitting on the exam table when the doctor comes back into the room. He has her get on the scale so he can measure her weight and height. Then he takes her temperature, checks her eyes with a light. Next he takes out the stethoscope and listens to her chest. Moving the stethoscope around to get the best result.

The exam continues, he listens to her breathing, takes her b-pressure with a b-pressure cuff / a sphygmomanometer. Writing down his findings each time. Next is a breast exam while she is seated and then he has her lay back so he can continue his exam with a visual inspection.

After the visual inspection he uses the stethoscope to listen to her stomach. Then applying pressure and doing a scratch test. Following those tests he does a percussion technique followed by additional abdominal tests.

After the abdominal exam he continues the general exam. He notices bruising on her legs and they discuss what happened as well as how he is going to proceed. He checks her legs, feet, arms and hands.
