Rachel Adams gets home after a long day at work. She is still wearing her business outfit. A purple blouse, short black skirt, pantyhose and black high heels. She is talking about how her feet hurt. Standing in her high heels all day was too much.

Right away she sits down on the couch and removes a high heel. She massages her foot, running her hand over her sore foot. Then she puts the shoe back on and removes the other shoe. Again she rubs her foot making it feel better. Then she realizes that she left her bag in the car. When she gets up to go outside she trips and falls, twisting her ankle.

Looking at her ankle she moans in pain. She holds it for a few moments because of the pain. Then she decides to take off her one shoe. She slowly removes her high heel and looks at her ankle. Right away she knows it is bad but she doesn’t know what to do. She tires to put her shoe back on but it hurts too much.

Rachel continues to try to stand on her foot. The pain is extreme but she manages to get to the couch. Her next plan is to stand and put weight on it. She wants to see how bad it actually is. She can only stand with the weight on her toes. Any more and it is too much. She tries walking with one shoe only but quickly sits back down.

Rachel looks at her foot again and tries touching her ankle. She can’t believe how much it hurts. Finally she decides that she can’t just sit there. So she tries to walk. When that doesn’t work she decides that she is going to have to go to the medical clinic to get it looked at.

She removes her other shoe and hops on one foot out of the room to get some sneakers. A moment later Rachel hops on one foot back with her shoes in hand. She puts a shoe on her good foot with no problem. But when she tries to put the shoe on the injured one it hurts too much. So she will just wear one shoe.

Before she leaves she has to look for her keys. Wearing only one shoe she hops around on one foot looking for the keys. After hoping around her living room on one foot for a while she realizes she left them in the car and hops on one foot out.
