Lee Von Lux is studying to be a nurse practitioner. Bliss Dulce is showing her the ropes. After explaining the basics to her they start the exam. As Bliss does the exam she explains what she is doing and why.

First she takes out the sphygmomanometer to check her B-pressure. She uses a stethoscope under it as she watches the gauge. Then she checks her temperature with an electronic thermometer. So far everything looks good.

Next she checks her heart. She places the stethoscope on her chest. Her heartbeat is really strong, but Bliss explains the different areas to listen. Moving the stethoscope around to get the best result. Then she listens to her back and has Lee take deep breaths. Afterwards she explains where to place the bell of the stethoscope for best results.

Bliss uses a pen light to check her eyes and pupils. Following that, she checks her reflexes. Everything looks good so she moves on. She takes the otoscope and checks her ears. Following that Bliss checks her lymph nodes and neck.

After checking her neck she has Lee lay on her back. Bliss begins checking her abdomen. Listening with the stethoscope as well as feeling around her stomach. She explains what she is looking for and listening for as she does it.

After the abdominal exam she does a full breast exam. They talk about self exams as well as what to look for. After the breast exam she has Lee remove her shoes and get on the scale. She checks her weight and height.

Next it is Lee’s turn to try out what she learned on Bliss. Bliss goes to get ready for her exam.
