Paige Erin Turner won a trip to a resort. She is happy and wants to go but she is not comfortable wearing a bikini. Paige was raised to be modest and not show off skin. But she really wants to go and since it is a beach vacation, she knows she needs to wear a bikini. So she asks the doctor to help her feel more relaxed.

Scott tells her that he is going to use the power of suggestion. He explains that she has been given suggestions her whole life. Now what he is going to do it just edit those suggestions. She agrees and he talks to her telling her to relax. She listens to the sound of his voice as he helps her to relax.

Once she is hypnotized he gives her suggestions. Telling her that she is comfortable in her own skin. She repeats what he says. After a few suggestions he tells her to remove her dress. She does as he asks. Next he asks her if she is comfortable, she replies yes.

Then he has her say the phrase I am ok with people seeing me naked. At first she hesitates saying it but after a few times she says it and means it. He tells her to remove her top and bottoms. Each time making sure she becomes comfortable being naked.

Once she is completely naked he has her do different activities. Imagining she is doing these things in front of everyone. Jumping and playing, just enjoying the freeing feeling of being naked.

Once finished he asks her to put her clothes back on and sit down. He snaps his fingers and asks her how she feels. She tells him that she feels calm and relaxed. They schedule for another session next week.
