How Bad Do You Want It Galas Looner

Scott calls Galas to come to his office. He tells her that there have been some major things happening and he has to make some cuts. Unfortunately she is the newest employee and he is going to have to let her go. She begs for him to let her stay. He tells her she has only done the bare minimum. Just enough to get by.

Nervous she tells him she is better than half the people at the company. Sounding impressed he says ok, lets do a test. He tells her to stand up. She does as she is told. Next he tells her to take her shoes off. She hesitates and says she doesn’t understand what that has to do with keeping her job. He tells her that is the problem right there. Rather than doing what she is told, she stops and questions him. Questions and argues with him, instead of just doing. That is the core problem.

Frustrated she says fine and removes her shoes. He tells her to put her hands on her head and turn around. She does as she is told but as soon as she finishes she asks if he is just doing this to make her look stupid. And then just fire her anyway. Scott tells her that he is testing her to see how bad she wants to keep her job. How much she is willing to do to stay.

He continues to show her that she really doesn’t want it bad it enough. And he decides to fire her. He tells her to take her things and leave. She begs again and again. So he asks her again. Is she willing to do anything to keep her job. Galas replies yes. Anything he asks again. She replies yes, anything.

He says ok, remove your top. This continues until she is completely embarrassed. On her knees begging for him to let her keep her job.
