Handcuffed Shackled and Walked Olive Yeung

Woman gets arrested for exposing her belly in public. She is handcuffed and shackled then walked across a public parking lot before taken to jail.

Olive Yeung is enjoying the beautiful summer day until officer Scott Torvea walks up to her. He asks her if she has something to cover up her exposed belly. She looks at him like he is joking and tries to get him to leave.

But he insists that she needs to cover her exposed skin due to the laws. She has never heard to these laws and tries to argue with him. He tells her that she needs to go home and put something else on. She tells him she is not going anywhere and he just needs to leave her alone.

After refusing he shows her his badge and tells her to turn around and put her hands on the wall. He handcuffs her and puts shackles on her ankles. She tells him that she will go home and change. Unfortunately he has already handcuffed her so there is no turning back now. He gave her a chance but she would not listen.

After searching her he grabs her arm and walks her in the handcuffs and shackles across the parking lot. He is arm holding her so that she doesn’t fall as they walk. She continues to try to talk her way out of it and begs him to let her go. But he again tells her it is too late.

After they walk for a while he stops and un-cuffs her. She thinks he is going to let her go. Until he cuffs her hands above her head to a metal hand rail. He tells her that he has to get his car. Since it is on the other side of the park he will leave her here. After a while he comes back and takes the cuffs off the bar and re handcuffs her.

They walk down the hall with his hand on her arm. He walks her into a room with a camera. Once against the wall he tries to search her again but because of her outfit he feels it would be better to have her remove her garments. First her boots and shoes. When he goes to remove her shoes he notices that they stink. She sees his disgust and is embarrassed. She is further embarrassed when he has her remove the rest of her clothes.

Once all over her clothes have been removed he finishes the search and re handcuffs her. And walks her out of the room to a holding cell.
