Paige Erin Turner was standing by the side of a building when a man walks up to her. He tells her that he has been watching her for some time and she is under arrest. He has her place her hands on the wall and he proceeds to handcuff and shackle her.

Once she is handcuffed and shackled he searches her. After his search he grabs her arm and walks her. Close ups of her feet in shackles as well as the handcuffs on her wrists. She complains as they walk that he doesn’t need to have the handcuffs and shackles on. He tells her that they need to be on and to keep walking towards his van.

Once done in the van, he walks her back to the wall. He does a quick search again, and removes the handcuffs and shackles. Then he thanks her for her service and walks off.
